I never brought anyrhing except paying for examination to www.pmi.com. I am just managing with the stuff available from websites developed by many great souls.
Toady is a great day I did sample test and scored 72%.

The books I like are (1)PMP Exam Prep, Fifth Edition: Rita's Course in a Book for Passing the PMP Exam and (2)Project Management Professional Exam Study Guide by Kim Heldman. Also I have used PMPrepCast by Cornellius and found to be very useful.
