Anopther Big Rainy day and took 50 questions sample exam and managed to score37/50. But review the notes I have prepared for few questions. Actually when I have a coercive power - your certificate only helps gain a better paid job. But i do not understand why I am implementing in my present project. The contractor reporting according to the PMP guide lines templates and standards.

Even I am not still not a certified PMP. I manage to guide the Contractors with PMP knowledge in terms of reporting daily activities. That is called the Coercive Power which all our Great Gods existed on this Planet Earth. You certificate will help me - why dont you just give me one assuming that you are helping one Poor guy like me but has a Great Soul like GODS. That will save my lot of times and Monies and work towards chasing people with lack of GODS identity and remove the human monkey minds. I just did again and got 18/25. I just took an exam for fun towards spendind/wasting my time of Sunday Off Day - After half way there was a disturbance call from USA.

I just took another sample exam for 50 Questions. You worked and improved my last comments but again I have to remind the same mistake still continuing - The answers after completion gave me 30 out of 50 questions. But when i see review - it gave the table of 100 questions. Hope - There is a reason for doing everything. When I use my liesure times also for something useful for future - You all benefit but end of the day - the sufferings will be taken by the God like me and Jesus.

There are some questions showing the wrong answers.You can employ me as Virtual member to do some research on this. My Project I am looking after - was educated with PMP(after I read through all the PMP Study Material) and the teams are working great.
Ofcourse I am still working for PMP Certification. Is there anybody informed PMP that they have experienced a student like me - due to the fact that If I read something I will transfer it to respective professionals for implementation.
I will let you know after completing my Local Matters and inform the day of examination before and somebody please help me forward the Paper prescribed for the date I am going to choose due to the fact that - I recall the Lives and Experiences of Enlightened Gods like Jesus and has very little memory power towards PMP questions and appreciate for such help.
Jesus gave us this Life - to complete the remaining tasks towards his sufferings.

I am skeptical on some of the answers to the questions here. For example one question asked "What Process does Administer Procurements belong". The answer came back as Executing. I believe the right answer is Monitoring and Control. There were also a few other questions and answers that just did not seem right. So caution in using this test. One formula for EAC = BAC/CPI
which implies=> CPI=BAC/EAC
Remember PMP do not axpect you to only memorize the formula

I cleared my PMP examination on 02/02/2005 in Mumbai. As far as my experience is concerned, the exam was very tough. Most of the questions are to select “BEST” answers and very few questions are only towards straightforward. Formula related. Even if you work hard, you require a certain extent of luck to get the comparatively easier questions.
I completed the test in 3 hours. I kept few questions were marked for review, which I cleared first. Then I started reviewing one by one again from starting. After 50 questions completed, I started feeling irritated and stopped doing this. When 15 minutes were remaining to complete the exam, I clicked the button. It was very much stressful. The main reason is my confident was only 50%. The balancing stage is very tough. Either you may clear or lose. Finally after the survey completed I got the result ……”Congratulations………”
This was unforgettable moment in my life.
I would like to share my study experiences also to you.
I referred the books of HeadFirst Labs, Kim Heldman. HF book will help you to clear the basics. At the same time Kim’s book is an excellent in studies as well as understanding the things in practical point of view also. Moreover, I studied from skill port knowledge centre which my organization has sponsored. I have taken almost all free mock examinations from various sites like HeadFirst Labs, Oliverlehmann, ajithn, PMstudy.com and so on. I have not spent money on purchasing any examination pack gages which you have to pay exorbitant prices. If you study in an organized way, I think the questions which are available in the net is enough plus Kim’s and HF book exercises. Repeat again, concept should be clear. If you read Kim’s book, ensure that you understand each line which will help you to achieve the PMP. Analysing my experience, I find the exam very tough because I could study sincerely for the exam only for one month due to my work pressure as well as personal issues. I was finding time early mornings and late nights.

This is an awesome effort that you have undertaken and it definitely helps those preparing for the PMP certification. It would be a great idea to have a list of the questions that went wrong and also the correct solutions. This would help polish the areas that one needs to work on. Though I had an idea about the areas that I generally get wrong, it has definitely helped me uncover those. A report would definitely help me more and also prove me with an overview of how I should approach them. My 2 cents.

Thank you for allowing practice tests on this website and certainly help and brings up confidence levels while answering listed questions in free test question bank.
Suggestion: After taking a series of questions I think if you can break down the test questions into 5 process & 9 knowledge areas would be a big bonus. The reason for my suggestion will line up all questions into one specific section of process and areas in that way user who is taking these exams will know where he needs to work hard or how many wrong answers in that particular sections etc.,

To my know the answer is supposed to be $10,000/-
Below is what I understand:
target price - $145000 = $130000(Target cost) + $15000(target profit)
Ceiling - $160000
sharing ratio - 80/20
actual cost - $150000
Profit earned calculation:
Cost over run : $150000(actual) - $130000(plan cost) = -$20000
sellers share : -$20000 * .20 = -$4000
Actual target price = $150000 + $15000 - $4000 = $161,000/-
because of ceiling, the seller has to bare the extra $1000/- on him.
The net profit made by the seller is supposed to be $15000 - ($4000 + 1000)=10,000/-
Am i wrong in my understanding? Is it still $11,000/- please help.

Patches, The question was "A project manager has 4 team members at the same project location and 2 team members in a different location. A third person joins the remote team. How many communication channels are added because of this?". In this case, you need to consider the project manager also. Total communication channels are (8*7)/2 - (7*6)/2 = 7

The question is how many addition lines of communication. I would have thought it would be 7*6/2 - 6*5/2 = 21-15 = 6.

questions are a great help. would be nice to do some spell checking e.g. fishbone is spelt wrong and in one of the EVM formlas, EAC=AC+ETC your text says EAC=AC+EAC. as mentioned, earlier by another applicant, reviewing the wrong answers will be helpful before moving on to the next answer. thanks for adding more questions...
