The project was on schedule and on budget Shouldn't the correct answer be 1 ('The project was cancelled and the project was on budget') as the project is complete ?

A good site but I guess there are some incorrect answers for some questions. For example, Develop Project Charter is part of Initiating Process Group and not Planning Process Group.
